For 25 years Cross Creek were known as The Battersby Duo. They performed to millions of Children around the world at venues like The White House and The Kennedy Center in Washington DC and appeared on Sesame Street, Kids Place and The Today Show on NBC.
At the height of their career The Battersby's were touring more than 300 days a year.
They have the distinction of performing more times consecutively for The President of the United States than any other musical group in the history of The White House.
Cross Creek was born over 35 years ago and has been simmering for decades. The songs of Cross Creek, numbering more than 100, are angry and political: cynical and touching: Lyrical and thought provoking.
